Training With Key Director Dave Venditti (USA Hockey Regional Director, Head Coach Colby Women's Hockey) & Tim Drown, MS, CSCS, NSCA-CPT, ATC (Maine's Functional Training Coach, Owner of To Be A Champion)

 Option 1:  Sept Weekend Clinic: Friday the  24th & Saturday the 25th   (Before Sept. 1: $79  /  After Sept. 1: $99)

• 5 Total Hours ($15.80 per hour)
• 3 Hrs of On-Ice Skill Development & Instruction
• 2 Hrs of Off-Ice Training & Conditioning

Schedule for Youth-MS:
Friday:
             4:45 to 5:30pm         Off-Ice Training & Conditioning
             5:30 to 6pm              Change/Snack
             6 to 7:30pm              On-Ice Skill Development & Instruction

Saturday:  
            3:30-5:00pm               On-Ice Skill Development & Instruction
            5:00-5:19pm               Change/Snack
            5:20-6:10pm               Off-Ice Training & Conditioning

Schedule for HS-Advanced MS:
Friday:
           6:15-7:15pm                Off-Ice Training & Conditioning
           7:15-7:40pm                Change/Snack
           7:40-9:10pm                On-Ice Skill Development & Instruction

Saturday:
           3:50-4:50pm                Off-Ice Training & Conditioning
           4:50-5:15pm                Change/Snack
           5:15-6:45pm                On-Ice Skill Development & Instruction
      


Option 2:  Weekend Clinic  +  Shooting Training     (Before Sept. 1: $139  /  After Sept. 1: $159)

• 11 Total Hours ($12.64 per hour)
       (5 from the weekend clinic)
       (6 hours: 4.5 OFF-Ice Shooting Instruction/Functional Training)
       (1.5 On-Ice Skill Development)

Fridays, 6:00-7:30pm 
Friday  October 1st:       45 MINUTE OFF-ICE CONDITIONING & 45 MINUTE SHOOTING INSTRUCTION OFF-ICE
Friday  October 8th:       45 MINUTE OFF-ICE CONDITIONING & 45 MINUTE SHOOTING INSTRUCTION OFF-ICE
Friday  October 15th:     45 MINUTE OFF-ICE CONDITIONING & 45 MINUTE SHOOTING INSTRUCTION OFF-ICE
Saturday October 16th:  ON-ICE ONLY   4:15-5:45pm  Youth-Middle School 
                                                                            6:00-7:30pm  HS- Advanced Middle School      


 Option 3: Weekend Clinic + Shooting Training + Shooting Aids     (Before Sept. 1: $169  /  After Sept. 1: $189)
